Who, What, Why,When, How and Where.
Well these are six fairly obvious questions about your business that should not take you too long to answer.
However, the answers might not be as obvious as you think. Times are hard at the moment and very few businesses can afford to stand still. We really are going to have to think quite hard about what we do and how we do it if we want to survive.
So now really is the time to be giving some thought to our famous friends as most businesses are going to have to adapt if they want to survive.
The chances are that you spend most of your time working in the business. From time to time it is a good idea to actually step back from the business and have a good look at what you are trying to achieve. Hopefully we can all agree a common starting point in that the main purpose of the business is to make money - a profit. Unfortunately we are not even going to be able to agree that as a starting point.
